Anja Groten
Anja Groten is a designer, educator and community organiser. Anja works on (self-)commissioned design projects and is researcher at PhD Arts in the context of the Dutch Critical Making project consortium. In 2013 Anja co-founded the initiative Hackers & Designers, attempting to break down the barriers between the two fields by enforcing a common vocabulary through education, hacks and collaboration. Since 2019 Anja heads the design department at the Sandberg Instituut Amsterdam.
