- Oversight of all H&D activities
- Research, writing & editing (in relation to annual topic)
- Organising and hosting team meetings
- General planning for H&D activities
- Acquisition and initiation of projects and collaborations
- Planning and development of the H&D Summer Academy

LOES
Loes' activities consist of:
- Research, writing & editing
- Production
- Development & funding

- 40 hours on the H&D Summer Academy (development, production, documentation)
- 20 hours on research and writing (publications, documentation of workshops)
- 20 hours on other events/workshops (research & development, production)
Loes' work is mostly concentrated around the H&D Summer Academy (April-July)

KARL
→ Regular Activities (August - December):
- Communication and Website Maintenance
- (newsletters, wiki updates, server maintenance, etc...)
- 4 hours / week x 20 weeks x € 40 = € 3200

- HDSA Facilitation, Production, Documentation
- ('all-rounder', helping where needed)
