Project title: Basic communication for Hackers & Designers in 2018 part 2

Description:

H&D will have Juliette working on the basic communication for 75 hours in a period of 4 months (September–January) at a rate of 40€/hour excl VAT.

This is a budget of 3000€. In case the hours are strongly exceeded Juliette will communicate that and we will need to add another new budget to the CAAS.

Tasks include:

- Update the website with events, new articles, tutorials and more.

- Communication/PR:

> quit facebook and twitter

> Adding more/new people to the mailinglist and to the slack group

> post regularily on the slack channel/instagram

> Have a weekly post on the website

> 2 newsletters per month (maybe switch to another newsletter service)

- investigate alternative chanels

- archive documentation
