- Your name
- Your age
- What is your child(ren)βs age who need childcare
- Which days you will attend (1 , 2, or 3 days)
- if you have any accessibility needs.

This document intends to make explicit what it takes for us as a community to create such a safe environment and what to do when such an environment is under threat: H&D Code of Conduct.
