Delete single pad
Construct a URL in the form of:

<API-KEY>can be found in the root folder of the installed etherpad-lite repo<pad-uri>is the URI of the pad we want to delete, that is the pad's name. For instance for the URLhttps://etherpad.hackersanddesigners.nl/p/test-padthe URI istest-pad.
