Project management and curation

Hackers & Designers runs on a collaborative organization model based on fiscal democracy (COOP). In reality the organization also has someone that initiates team meetings, maintain an overall view of H&D activities, takes on relation management and functions as the main spokesperson – in other words, glue the puzzle and huzzle the people.

Anjas activities consist of:

• Organising and hosting team meetings
• General planning for H&D activities
• Acquisition and initiation of projects and collaborations
• Organisation and design of H&D 2017 publication
• Planning and development of the H&D Summer Academy
