| h English (en) | With Play&Learn, MU intends to offer audiences of all ages a playful introduction to art and visual culture and the latest creative technologies artists are using today. Development of the program starts often in the exhibition space. By discussing the artworks (Socratic conversation, Visual Thinking Strategies) with all kinds of age groups, the MU team learns how artworks land with the public. How they are perceived and what works work particularly well for the different age groups. Together with the artists and makers MU uses these insights to further develop these artworks into workshops, mobile installations or other activities. In this way the ideas and concepts travel outside the walls of the artspace to engage a wider variety of audiences with the perspectives of MU-makers. The developments in the realm of Art & Technology are likely to find their way to De Creatieve Code, a platform with workshops and educational materials for teachers of preliminary and high school education.. | h Dutch (nl) | Onder de naam MU Play&Learn biedt MU publieks- en educatieprogramma’s aan. Met Play&Learn wil MU jong en oud op een speelse manier laten kennismaken met kunst en beeldcultuur en de nieuwe creatieve technieken die vandaag de dag door kunstenaars gebruikt worden. In onze expositieruimte op Strijp-S, maar ook online en op locatie. MU Play&Learn is voor iedereen. Individueel of voor groepen zoals scholen, senioren en bedrijven. In samenwerking met kunstenaars en makers ontwikkelt MU workshops, mobiele installaties en andere activiteiten rondom inzichten en werken van de makers. Op deze manier kan een breder publiek kennismaken met de perspectieven van de makers, die niet langer alleen bestaan binnen de muren van de tentoonstellingsruimte. Ontwikkelingen op het gebied van kunst en technologie vinden hun weg naar De Creatieve Code. Dit is een platform met workshops en educatiemateriaal voor docenten in het PO en VO. Tijdens het H&D zomerkamp kun je kennismaken met de verschillende activiteiten die MU aanbiedt.
