Project title: Administrative tasks / project management
Description:
H&D will outsource main administrative tasks to someone external and invests 6 hours a week at a rate of 40,00/hour for 11 months. Tasks include: General financial administration for all activities that H&D organizes or is involved in; for instance: paying bills, writing invoices, developing and managing a clear administrative workflow, keeping a tidy administration (per project and overall) that allows transparency and access for all members of the coop at all times (future and present income & costs), doing the quarterly BTW aangifte, keeping in touch with the accountant, creating a year balance for funders, monitoring and assessing budgets submitted to the coop. Depending on the candidates interest another set of tasks could be the management of projects, location scouting, writing funding applications (helping to rethink our funding models) (add more?)
Open question:
Should the person we hire be external or also part of the coop? Candidates are Isabel da Costa and Vincent de Graaf. What are our criteria for selecting the person?
