H&D will have Juliette working on the basic communication 6 hours a week at a rate of 18.75€/hour excl VAT for 10 months.

This is a budget of 4500€ over the year.

Project title: Basic communication for Hackers & Designers in 2018

Description:

H&D will have Juliette working on the basic communication for 75 hours in a period of 4 months (April–July) at a rate of 40€/hour excl VAT.

This is a budget of 3000€. In case the hours are strongly exceeded Juliette will communicate that and we will need to add another new budget to the CAAS.


Tasks include:

- Update the website with events, new articles, tutorials and more.

- Communication/PR:

> quit facebook and twitter

> Adding more/new people to the mailinglist and to the slack group

> Have a weekly news review on the website

> 2 newsletters per month (maybe switch to another newsletter service)
