By developing an elaborate hands-on program guided by the theme “Get Prepped. Investigating means of going on and off the grid” H&D developed a means to reflect on and question our daily work and living environments specifically focussing on dependence of systems, grids, and networks. H&D invited Vicky de Visser to write a series of articles that provide a context to ongoing H&D activities.
