* Receiving, paying, making, sending, and keeping account of invoices
* Running our quarterly VAT declarations
* Generating our annual accounts and statements
* Keeping an overview of our books
* Supporting us in making, maintaining and updating our budgets
* Sharing their knowledge regarding the current state of Dutch cultural funding systems
* Occasionally joining monthly meetings with the collective

The nature of our organization is most of the time unruly, changing and chaotic and our "decentralized" approach to administrative and financial tasks is best described as awkward; but:
* We make our own budgets and spreadsheets
* We try to stick to them, but attune to changes and account for them as best as we can
* We write our own reports and reflections on our budgets to our funders
* We are doing our best
