Loes and Anja are writing the application for Fonds voor Cultuurparticpatie: https://cultuurparticipatie.nl/subsidie-aanvragen/7/internationale-samenwerking Emerging draft: The idea is that this will give space for us to explore an international collaboration more deeply, and be able to offer some additional compensation to intiatives that inspires and want to learn from. The intiatives we intend to collaborate with are Mz Baltazaar and Prototype Pittsburg. Loes and Anja will work on this with the help of Stella for translation the application into Dutch. In the last attempt to apply for this fund we got rejected for the reason that our project is already funded and also they advised us to apply the next time in Dutch. Hour break down 1st brainstorm meeting Anja & Loes: 2 x 3 hrs 240,00 2nd meeting outlining and writing application 21 February: 2 x 4 hrs 320,00 3rd meeting finalizing project plan 23 February: 2 x 6 hrs 480,00 Finalizing budget: 4 hrs 160,00 Communication: 2 x 2 hrs 160,00 Translation (Stella): 10 hrs -- fixed rate of 325,00 (includes a new bio / about text for the H&D Website) Total hours 44 In kind (Loes and Anjas hours): 34 Amount we need from H&D COOP 325,00 (for Stella)
